The Carolina Oak RTA (ready to assemble) bathroom cabinets are perfect for customers in need of an inexpensive way to finish a bathroom remodeling project. Our bathroom cabinet boxes are constructed with Grade A plywood featuring 1/2" box construction, 3/4" plywood shelving shelving and 3/4" solid Oak frames. These high quality materials help eliminate morphing, warping, or cracking due to the humidity in a normal bathroom environment.
The assembly process of our RTA bathroom cabinetry is quick and easy and takes 10 - 20 minutes. To make the assembly even easier, we've created these in-depth step-by-step cabinet assembly videos: How To Assemble Wall Cabinets, How To Assemble Base Cabinets, How To Assemble Drawers. Our cabinets are assembled using a simple metal L bracket system. Each wood panel has a pre-mounted metal L-bracket which is aligned with another panel and fastened together. We recommend using wood glue in the joints for additional stability (although it is not required). No heavy equipment is needed, just a screw driver is sufficient to build the durable bathroom cabinets.
Carolina Oak RTA bathroom cabinets feature matching finished interiors and sides -- no additional side panels are necessary! These details provide a custom looking kitchen with the custom looking cost. All of our cabinetry is covered under the manufacturer's warranty for five years that covers the replacement of any defective parts. Whether you're a contractor or a DIYer, our ready to assemble Carolina Oak bathroom cabinets are the perfect choice if you're looking for high quality durable bathroom cabinets at an affordable price.
This cabinet style is assembled with just a screw-gun and optionally a staple gun/wood glue for additional support. The cabinet side panels will include pre-mounted metal locking plates, so assembling is as simple as sliding the locking plates over the corresponding L-bracket, and fastening with screws in the pre-drilled holes. This method of assembly is not only simple, but provides a very durable, strong cabinet.
